SERVICES & TRAVEL PLANNING FEE

Engaging a certified travel advisor is akin to having a dedicated concierge for all your travel needs—someone skilled, experienced, knowledgeable, well-connected, and committed to ensuring your next trip exceeds all expectations. My professional planning fees encompass a diverse range of tasks and services.

Here’s a breakdown of my pricing structure:

4 nights or less:

Domestic: $250/household
International: $350/household

Minimum spend $5,000 (not including airfare).

5+ nights:

Domestic: $400/household
International: $500/household

Minimum spend $7,500 (not including airfare).

Planning fees cover:
- Destination research
- End-to-end custom itinerary planning
- Booking and managing all travel components
- Link to customized itinerary accessed via desktop and app (includes all confirmations and attachments)
- Travel insurance quotes/managing claims (if applicable)
- Monitoring travel requirements (COVID, visas, etc.)

The planning fee does not include research or booking for airfare
Multi-city trips are considered separate itineraries (minimum spend applies to the entire trip, not to each city)

Planning fees are non-refundable

Expedited (within 90 days of travel, based on availability): Additional $200 (not available within 90 days of Thanksgiving or Christmas)
